Inside Sales Representative – EMEA
Hybrid role, with weekly attendance required at our Stone and/or St Neots sites. Travel to other UK locations may be required.
About this role
We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our EMEA team. This role is fundamental in driving customer success, building lasting relationships, and exceeding revenue growth goals across our life science consumables, instrumentation, and equipment portfolio.
You will be responsible for developing new business while managing and growing existing accounts. With a strong focus on identifying high-quality leads, you'll work closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management to achieve growth targets, progressing opportunities through our CRM system.
This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires balancing new business development with customer care in a competitive marketplace. It offers strong personal development opportunities and can act as a stepping stone to a future career in Sales Leadership.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone who is confident, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven success in an inside sales role, ideally in life sciences or a B2B environment
* A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Confidence in cold calling and building customer relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics or Salesforce) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn
* Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
* You'll need to be flexible, proactive, and willing to travel occasionally to meet customers alongside Account Managers. Most importantly, you'll bring the drive and initiative needed to succeed in a dynamic sales team.
