What's the role?
As Safety Compliance Team Manager, you'll lead a team of six consultants to ensure all landlord safety obligations across our property portfolio are fully compliant with legislation and internal standards. this role is based in Wimbledon and has an OTE range of £42,000 - £48,500 pa.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing statutory safety certifications (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms) and ensuring timely renewals
* Leading pre-tenancy audits to confirm compliance before move-in
* Driving continuous improvement and producing compliance performance reports for senior management
* Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to maintain high standards and accurate documentation
