The Role :
Our jobs arent just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
Main Responsibilities:
Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
Leading and coaching a small team of associates
Assisting the Front of House Manager with training, coaching, productivity and any relevant tasks
