Key Job Responsibilities
* Drive new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning to execution, including automation integration.
* Lead and drive technology integration and standardization in EU‑wide programs and products, owning all layout integrations and optimizations in the assigned Delivery Stations.
* Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts.
* Provide process expertise on engineering design defining material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements and real estate implications from process requirements.
* Lead strategic initiatives and identify project opportunities to improve the processes and station designs, engaging and influencing their key stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering.
* Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
* Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing.
* Knowledge of project management tool.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
* Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
* Experience with data analysis (including advanced Excel and database analysis).
* Experience using one or more of the following CAD technologies: AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, CREO, BIM360, SketchUp or KeyShot.
* Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
