Experienced lead site manager or Project Manager to lead a £6 million super-prime residential new build.
About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing the project from start to finish, working closely with the client team, consultants, and site staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. The focus will be on quality, attention to detail, and delivering on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to meet project schedules.
3. Monitor health and safety compliance and enforce site safety standards.
4. Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building regulations.
5. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, permits, and inspections.
6. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
