💰 Salary: £35K - £39K + Overtime (Time and a Half)
📍 Location: Uxbridge (Covering a 40-Mile Radius)
⏰ Hours: 06:00 – 15:00 (Start/Finish Times Dependent on Location)

Your Mission
We are looking for a skilled Blind Fitter to join our team, carrying out specialist installations of blinds, curtains, and cubicle tracks to a high standard. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring timely and precise installations.
Your role will involve:
✔ Collecting blinds, fixings, equipment, components, and paperwork for the day’s work.
✔ Keeping clients and the team updated on installation progress.
✔ Reporting and resolving any installation challenges with the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and clients on-site.
🔹 Ensure installations are completed on time and to an exceptional standard.
🔹 Problem-solve efficiently, exploring all solutions when challenges arise.
🔹 Adhere to onsite codes of conduct and health & safety regulations.
🔹 Leave work areas clean and tidy after installation.
🔹 Take care of company van, tools, and equipment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Highly organised and detail-oriented.
✅ 5+ years of experience fitting blinds, curtains, and cubicle tracks.
✅ Strong practical skills with tools and fixings.
✅ Able to problem-solve on the go and think on your feet.
✅ Confident leading and guiding a team if required.
✅ A great people person who can work well with all personalities.
✅ Flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines.
✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
✅ Self-motivated and reliable.
✅ Punctual with a strong work ethic.
