Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
* Promote and sell a wide range of quality used vehicles
* Offer finance and insurance products tailored to customer requirements
* Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
* Handle sales enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently
* Ensure all documentation is completed in line with FCA guidelines and company policy
* Deliver outstanding service to create loyal customers and repeat business
About You
* Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry - Minimum12 months’ experience>
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Committed to deliveringexceptional customer service
* Willing to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in return)
* Full UK driving licence(manual and automatic)
