Job Description
* Oversee 3 separate but linked teams of various operational duties throughout the business (including Customer services, compliance and quality & Admin)
* Manage and optimise daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Supervise and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
* Identify and address any operational challenges proactively

A successful Operations Manager should have:
* Strong experience in managing operations within a similar sized organisation.
