4. Case Management : Social workers assess the needs of adults and develop personalized care plans to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
5. Crisis Intervention : They provide immediate support during crises, helping individuals navigate significant changes or challenges in their lives.
6. Advocacy: Social workers advocate for the rights and needs of their clients, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.
7. Community Engagement : They work with community organizations to develop programs and services that benefit the adult population
8. Education and Training : Social workers often educate the community about issues affecting adults, such as elder abuse, mental health, and available resources.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
9. Social Work England registration
10. Eligible to work in the UK
11. Hold a full UK licence
12. Post-qualified experience
13. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
