Customer Service Specialist – Engineering – £32,000 to £36,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Melbreck Technical are working with a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist equipment, based in North Devon in Ilfracombe.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage ticket process to support on time delivery of customer orders.
* Liaise with stakeholders and communicate all relevant activities related to managed accounts; elevate as required.
* Ensure strategic orders & travel packs are processed, and orders acknowledged quickly.
* Monitor strategic order progress and communicate to stakeholders.
* Provide reports on strategic order progress.
* Actively look for ways in which service to strategic accounts can be improved.

What’s on Offer:
* Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8am-2pm
* Salary: up to £36k
