We are now seeking a Future ERP Commercial Delivery Lead / Programme Director to define, lead and deliver the Commercial workstream of this transformation. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future Commercial, Pricing and Finance operating model of a national institution, influencing revenue, margin, customer experience and long‑term commercial strategy at scale. As the senior leader for the SAP Commercial workstream, you will: Define the future Customer‑to‑Cash operating model across Commercial, Pricing and Finance, ensuring it is simplified, scalable and commercially effective. Lead transformation of the product portfolio and pricing architecture, ensuring alignment to commercial strategy, regulatory requirements and revenue protection. Own Commercial decision‑making within the programme, structuring complex trade‑offs and presenting clear, decision‑ready recommendations to the Commercial Leadership Team and Executive Board. Drive delivery of the Commercial workstream across Discovery, Design, Implementation and Deployment, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to the highest standard. Influence and align senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and C‑suite‑1 leaders, across Commercial, Pricing, Finance, Customer Experience, Operations and Technology. Protect and unlock commercial value, ensuring revenue, margin and customer impacts are fully understood and optimised. Lead customer migration strategy, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the future ERP platform. Shape Commercial data strategy, ensuring data structures support accurate pricing, billing and scalable operations. Provide oversight of System Integrators and delivery partners, ensuring solutions remain business‑led and aligned to Commercial strategy. Lead Commercial elements of the business case, influencing investment decisions across an £80m transformation programme. This is a role for a strategic thinker who can also drive execution — someone who can simplify complexity, influence at the highest levels and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.
