Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
Working hours: 8.30 - 5.30 fully office based - over time available

Main Purpose of the Role:
To generate sales and repeat business to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential and current customers over the phone to promote and sell products/services
2. Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in company's products/services
3. Answer questions about products and/or the company
4. Understand customer requirements
5. Assist with orders.
6. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
7. Update and maintain customer information in the company's database
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
9. Responsible and accountable for your sales performance
10. Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
