About the Role | Learning Support Assistant
* Supporting pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) on a one-to-one or small group basis
* Working closely with classroom Teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
* Encouraging student participation, confidence, and academic progress
* Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation when required
* Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
