Day-to-day of the role: Provide administrative and legal support to fee earners within the Commercial Property team. Assist with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Manage client files, including opening, closing, and maintaining accurate records. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties professionally and efficiently. Conduct searches and assist with Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions. Support the team with diary management, scheduling meetings, and general office duties. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a legal assistant or administrative role, ideally within property law. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
