We are seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from order acceptance through to final invoicing. Youll be responsible for ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and contractual standards, all while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as Project Manager
Drive team performance by motivating, guiding, and empowering members to achieve project success.
Manage all stages of the contract lifecycle from handover to completion.
Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, schedules and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate communication and records with customers throughout the project.
Oversee budget and programme control, WIP reporting, and invoicing processes.
Ensure compliance with company quality assurance and health & safety procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Manage procurement activities within company levels of authority.
Support debt collection and ensure projects maximise positive cash flow.
REMOTE WORKING: Based from home with travel across the UK to visit customers and suppliers.
Essential Skills & Experience as Project Manager:
A confident and organised professional who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver complex engineering projects.
Able to combine strong commercial awareness with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proven people management and leadership skills.
Demonstrable project management experience within the refrigeration or related engineering sectors.
Strong planning, organisation and communication abilities.
Sound understanding of contract management and financial control.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram, and ideally electrical schematics.
Desired Qualifications & Knowledge of Project Manager:
HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Thermodynamic Engineering.
ONC (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Knowledge of thermodynamics and process engineering principles.
