We are looking a for Recruitment Service Manager. To manage a busy sector of the Company. To carry out all recruitment services to prospective candidates and working closely with our clients. Main Duties
* Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
* Managing temporary and contract staff
* Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
* Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
* Achieve monthly/weekly KPIs
* Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
* Ensuring your client's recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
* Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industry
* Manage advertising
* A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles
* Experience in working in a compliance heavy role
* Have an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing.
* Working with high volume workloads
* Working with tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with clients at all levels
* The ability to work under pressure
* Being able to 24/7 on emergency call for the division
* Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee database
Qualification's Skills and Experience
* Good levels of education
* Computer literate
* Excellent marketing skills
* Previous experience of managing a recruitment desk
* Experience in managing staff
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
* Must have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
