Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time, plus 2 inset days
Salary: Grade 3 and scale 5-7, £13.26 - £13.69 per hour, (Full time equivalent £25,583 - £26,403) actual salary £19,048 - £19,658

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant and friendly Nursery. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring professional to play a key role in supporting our youngest learners, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
About the Role
 * Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
 * Create a warm, engaging and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
 * Plan, implement and evaluate a stimulating programme of activities tailored to the needs of individual children.
 * Operate as a key worker, observing and recording children’s progress and maintaining strong, positive relationships with families.
 * Promote the ethos and values of Norton Hill Primary School, contributing to a culture of teamwork, professionalism and child-centred practice.
 * Ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of all children in your care.
About You
 * Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
 * Passionate about early childhood development and learning through play.
 * Skilled at building nurturing relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
 * Knowledgeable about the EYFS framework and confident in applying it in daily practice.
 * Committed to professional growth, teamwork and continuous improvement.
