About our company, EyeV

EyeV was founded in 2020 as a response to COVID-19, when the NHS faced unprecedented pressures and backlogs. We started by supporting hospitals and community opticians with ophthalmology referrals, helping ensure that patients were directed to the right care pathway quickly and safely.

Alongside this, we set up CUEs in Leicestershire, an ophthalmology-specific helpline (similar to NHS 111) where patients could call for expert advice. This service guided patients on whether their condition could be managed at home, through a pharmacy, or required escalation to hospital eye casualty.

Since then, EyeV has grown from these ophthalmology-focused beginnings into a provider of nationwide services, broadening our scope across general practice. Our flagship product suite, GP Autopilot, now helps surgeries and PCNs save time, reduce admin burden, and improve patient care by automating clinical letters, referrals, and other routine workflows.

We are hold certifications for ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and Cyber Essentials Plus; we're clinically safe, and trusted by practices because we design around real NHS workflows. We are currently a small team of six, and we are now looking to expand our developer team to help drive the next stage of our growth.

Joining EyeV means becoming part of a close-knit, agile team where your contributions will make a real impact. We'll support you in developing and expanding your skills through hands-on experience in the healthcare sector, and involvement in the commercial side of the business. We also encourage creativity by giving team members the freedom to shape and improve the products we build.
