Offer description

End Client is a Government Body. Your new role: we are seeking a Technical Support Professional to provide operational support across a range of critical applications deployed on a common platform within a secure government environment.

The role involves monitoring incident management queues, performing first‑line investigation, applying initial remediation, and contributing to the rollout of system enhancements and patches.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide day‑to‑day support for a range of production IT services and critical applications.
* Monitor incident management queues and respond in line with service expectations.
* Perform initial technical triage and implement authorised remediation steps.
* Assist technical teams with deployment of enhancements, configuration updates, and patches.
* Produce high‑quality documentation and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.


What youll need to succeed

* SC Clearance Eligible (Based in UK for 5 years)
* Logical, methodical problem‑solving approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
* Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes.
* Background in supporting production IT services.


Desirable Skills

* Experience with Remedy incident management system.
* Experience with SharePoint On‑Premises configuration and support.
