Choice Housing is one of Northern Ireland’s leading housing associations, employing over 400 people and managing more than 13,000 homes. We are looking for a Development Compliance Officer to support an effective handover process and ensure that works undertaken during the Defects Liability Period are managed effectively. You will support the certification and adoption process, ensuring all project completion documentation is in place, and ensure that relevant policies and procedures are followed, including post‑handover actions, occupancy surveys and trend analysis to inform future activities.
* A relevant 3rd level qualification in a construction/property management discipline
* A minimum of two years relevant experience in a construction/property role
* Working knowledge of statutory regulations relevant to new build development and refurbishment works
* Experience in defects/repairs management and troubleshooting
* Administration experience: report writing, diary management, organisational admin
* Full, clean UK driving licence
