Overview
You will work with some of the major pharma companies in critical roles delivering tangible value across major transformation programs. You occupy a pivotal role of relationship manager for critical client engagements, acting as a lynchpin between Client leadership, Infosys leadership and Infosys teams. You will provide strategic leadership across programs of work, taking accountability for program delivery, understanding ecosystem dynamics, exploring the art of the possible, and keeping stakeholders aware of ground realities and workable solutions to challenges.
Responsibilities
* Lead the key governance forums including Program Boards; report program status and progress to Steering Committees.
* Provide operational leadership across the program, including direction to practitioners on project scope, execution planning, deliverables, dependencies, risk management, methodology, staffing, etc. Manage cost, timelines, milestones, change control and quality during delivery.
* Contribute to the development of new practice service offerings and point of view in your area of expertise to expand addressable functional areas.
* Lead and coordinate business development and pre‑sales activities, including proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with other service lines and sales teams to win new business.
* Facilitate the sourcing, selection and allocation of resources to the program delivery teams.
* Manage internal consulting resources, 3rd party provider resources, and contract resources.
* At least 12+ years of deep functional expertise in Life Sciences Commercial Business (Pharma, Med-Tech, CDMO, Consumer Health) with breadth in stakeholder management, problem-solving, maturity assessments, strategy planning and delivery management. At least 12+ years of experience in consulting firms.
* Differentiated expertise from extensive Life Sciences industry experience across major Pharma Companies with deep understanding of Life Sciences challenges and business dynamics within Pharma Commercial Landscape.
* Extensive experience in consulting and/or large-scale transformation programs.
* Superior client interaction skills: ability to build trusted relationships and to drive transformation programs with client leadership; able to navigate complex organizational structures.
* Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Ability to inspire, convince and influence to gain buy-in from senior business management and stakeholders.
* Superior problem management, moderation, and delivery under tight deadlines and challenging constraints.
* Ability to collaborate within Infosys and leverage existing resources for responding to RFIs/RFPs and delivering critical programs.
* Experience delivering with a blend of onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery centers.
* Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting and communicating data for a range of audiences.
* Demonstrated skills in defining and executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach.
* Strong general skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication and presentation.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
