As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with external and internal customers, including end users, Technical Support, Planning/Logistics, and Sales.
2. Generate new business opportunities and upselling where appropriate.
3. Process and respond to incoming enquiries via fax, telephone, and email.
4. Submit customer open order reports to ensure accurate tracking of orders.
5. Receive and input customer orders/sample requests into the system within 24 hours.
6. Notify line management of new contracts and pricing agreements requested by Key Account Managers.
7. Review, analyse, and progress orders, and escalate any issues when necessary.
