This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for actively supporting and guiding the team of seven through complex technical challenges. The role involves breaking down complex tasks into manageable components, delegating effectively, and empowering team members to take ownership of their work. Key responsibilities include: Providing clear technical direction and mentorship to the team. Applying sound judgment to make technical decisions. Driving improvements in system documentation, team processes, and overall developer experience. Delivering direct, constructive feedback to foster individual and team growth. Promoting a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture. Tech stack: Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, npm, AWS, Jenkins, Terraform, and PostgreSQL.
