Role
The Sales Advisor reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day sales operations at the development. The role ensures high levels of customer service, achieves sales targets, and progresses reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.
Responsibilities
* Achieve or exceed sales targets as defined by senior management.
* Liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completions.
* Assist customers post completion with reporting repairs or issues.
* Propose ideas to the Sales Manager and colleagues to increase sales.
* Maintain the general presentation of the site at high standards.
* Acquire and provide accurate product information to purchasers.
* Guide customers through show homes, stock plots, and the site.
* Ensure all visitors are informed of Bellway’s Health and Safety Policy and accompanied by a representative.
* Utilise Bellway’s CRM system and maintain accurate records.
* Liaise with the Site Manager for timely customer meetings.
* Attend and record weekly Sales/Site Meetings and complete action points.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, processes, and standards.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in the housebuilding industry (beneficial).
* Experience delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
* Experience in property sales and marketing processes.
* Experience in customer-focused environments, including home visits.
* Experience establishing effective relationships with property professionals and outside agencies.
* Current full UK driving licence.
* Access to a vehicle for business use as required.
* Proficient IT skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work to meet targets.
* Ability to work independently or within a team.

Working Conditions
Predominantly a site-based role with travel to divisional offices. Flexible working hours and location, including weekends and occasional evenings, may be required.
