We are looking for a Business Services Assistant to join our Business Durham team. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will provide administrative and technical services that supports the planning, development and delivery of business services across Business Durham. You will provide a first point of contact for enquiries to Business Durham, including use of telephony and ICT systems, together with reception and general administrative support at the Business Durham main office and visitor areas and other Business Centres and Offices as required. NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent OR Substantial practical experience relevant to the post. Please refer to the attached Person Specification for the full criteria.
