Early Careers Teacher (ECT) - SEMH School | Temp to Perm
Leyland | £150-£170 per day | ASAP Start
We are seeking a motivated Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join a specialist provision in Leyland on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.
This role involves teaching students with SEMH needs. While some students may display challenging behaviour, they are generally well regulated. You'll need to be confident, patient, and able to adapt your teaching to meet individual needs.
Hours
Monday-Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm | Term time only
The role
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
* Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
* Create a positive, structured learning environment
* Work closely with support staff and the wider team
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / ECT
* Strong behaviour management and adaptability
* Passion for supporting vulnerable learners
* Positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
