Job description We are currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Burntwood. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a 40-hour working week : Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm Salary £12.21ph Key Responsibilities: Placing purchase orders in line with production schedules and business growth Expediting orders to ensure timely delivery Preparing and processing invoices for the finance team Supporting month-end stock takes and audit procedures Managing supplier returns and resolving cost queries Requirements: Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role preferred If you're a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to a growing team, we'd love to hear from you!
