What you'll be doing
Managing multiple teams to ensure that both our communal and commercial estates, reflect our ambition to provide great properties and places. As Team Leader, you will successfully lead and motivate a team to improve our communal spaces in a resilient environment, scheduling waste removal, specialist cleans and repairs where required.
Co-ordinate day to day transactional work of our Estates Colleagues
Act as first point of contact for any escalated customer queries or complaints
Deliver effective performance management through a commitment to ensuring high quality team meetings, 1-1 discussions and personal development reviews.
Coordinate communal and open spaces to identify issues that affect the quality of their appearance, including the identification of health and safety risks.
Identify opportunities for estate improvement projects and work with colleagues to deliver them
Devise and deliver development sessions to ensure our Estates Colleagues have the core competencies to deliver excellent services.
Identify any training of development opportunities for the team
Ensure the team promote customer engagement in service delivery and that regular feedback is obtained from customers, contractors and partners.
