About the Role
As a Kegging Engineer in our talented team in Runcorn you’ll play a pivotal role within a semi-autonomous shift-based team on both an operational and maintenance basis. The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive production service and package a range of beverages whilst adhering to customer service levels, quality conformance and within budget, in a safe and professional manner.
Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other KPI’s and targets including quality, hygiene, waste and efficiency.
This role has a continental shift pattern including days, nights and weekends.
About You
For this role you will be a time served Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or have obtained a minimum of HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and SVQ Level 2 & 3 alongside relevant work experience.
In addition to this, you will have demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk. It'd be great if you had a knowledge of working in the FMCG industry however this is not essential.
We’re looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective conclusions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems.
You’ll be able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You’ll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.
