Encourage and develop students' creative thinking and artistic skills. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive art curriculum aligned with educational standards. Student Assessment: Evaluate and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Maintain accurate records of student performance and development. Prepare and administer assignments, projects, and examinations. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and respect. Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning space. Professional Development: Stay updated on current trends and best practices in art education.
