The Role
This position is central to the effective and accurate management of service contract renewals, requiring close collaboration with internal commercial teams and external partners. You will contribute significantly to the assessment and administration of service agreements, ensuring data accuracy and using insight-driven analysis to enhance workflows and uphold high operational standards. Success in this role calls for a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical capability, and a genuine commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes while supporting the wider team.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced renewals specialist who can demonstrate strong analytical skills and a consistent history of managing customer contracts and renewal cycles effectively.
Responsibilities
* Act as a core contributor to the contract renewal lifecycle, ensuring service agreements are renewed accurately and within required timeframes.
* Create and maintain regular insights and reports for commercial teams, highlighting lapsed and upcoming renewals, performance trends, and potential growth opportunities.
* Partner with account owners to support complex or high-value renewals, including consolidation and alignment of multiple agreements.
* Share critical contractual and entitlement information with external partners to ensure support coverage reflects agreed terms.
* Review and confirm the integrity of service contract data, such as asset details, locations, and service level commitments.
* Conduct routine assessments of active agreements, validating order documentation, and recommending improvements to streamline renewal processes.
* Manage the completion and tracking of declined service documentation, escalating any compliance or quality concerns where necessary.
* Work closely with operational and service leadership teams to support audits, maintain system accuracy, and ensure data consistency.
