The Role
We’re looking for a German-speaking Paid Media Manager to join a growing digital agency and take ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, performance optimisation, and working closely with clients to drive measurable results.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media strategies across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage Paid Media campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
* Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns aligned to client objectives (growth, efficiency, ROI)
* Manage budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure targets are met
* Produce clear, insight-driven reporting and performance updates for clients
* Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management
* Test and iterate on ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
* Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, analytics) to deliver integrated campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns within an agency environment
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and major paid social platforms
* Fluent German (written and spoken) and confident communicating with German-speaking clients
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
* Confident presenting results and recommendations to clients
Nice to Have
* Experience managing international or DACH-region campaigns
* Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or other analytics tools
* Experience working with eCommerce or lead-gen accounts
* Interest in testing new platforms, formats, or automation tools
