Reporting into an experienced and energetic Global Director, you’ll lead a team of 4 analysts and take ownership of Global planning, asset utilisation, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. This role suits someone who can lead from the front, combine strong organisation with data-driven decision making, and ensure plans are executed effectively.
🌍 Regular international travel (predominantly Spain & Ireland) adds variety and exposure.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning asset planning, availability, and utilisation
* Driving performance through data, reporting, and insights
* Leading, developing, and motivating a small analytical team
* Working cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational delivery
What you’ll need:
* Experience in planning, supply chain, or operations
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Team leadership experience
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
* Previous work experience in an FMCG organisation would be desirable
