We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our busy race team based in Aldridge. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is essential in providing administrative support, managing communications, and maintaining efficient office processes.
Responsibilities
* Perform general clerical duties, and document management
* Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
* Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary
* Assist with travel logistics for the team, such as flights, hire cars and hotel bookings for events.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred
* Proficient computer skills.
* Familiarity clerical tasks, with a high level of self motivation and organisation abilities.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
