Account Manager (UK & Europe)
Location: London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join our team, working across the American Express B2B portfolio. This role sits at the heart of delivering premium brand experiences across luxury activations, tradeshows, conferences, and travel industry activations throughout the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the delivery of live B2B activations across the UK and Europe
* Work with internal creative, strategy and production teams to develop a response to client briefs that are aligned to the brand and business objectives and budget
* Deliver creative feedback, ensuring all internal work aligns with the client’s needs
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key partners and agency teams
* Support senior team members with all day-to-day aspects of the project, managing up as well as managing down
* Develop bullet‑proof client relationships
* Manage client budgets and billing structures whilst managing team resources and scope to ensure efficiency and profitability
* Provide leadership to the internal teams and offer support as needed
* Ensure our client’s service‑oriented business is represented with great service in everything we do
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experiential/Event agency experience essential – must hit the ground running with briefs and budgets
* Interest and understanding of the entertainment industry preferred but not essential
* Tenacious attitude with a real can‑do spirit, delivering best work within a small but mighty team
* Strong proficiency with deck writing
* Strong communication, project management and organizational skills
* Not afraid to get stuck in and speak up, keeping open and honest lines of communication
* Flexibility to work outside core hours and occasional weekends during event delivery
