As a Customer Service Advisor your duties and responsibilities will be: You will handle all inbound and outbound calls. You will ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. You will book appointments with the purpose to deliver the metering programme for Thames Water. You will provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department. You will accurately capture data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports. You will ensure service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager. Experience in a call centre or customer service environment Proven administration and customer service skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills Accountable and self-motivated to meet targets Proven IT skills particularly MS Office Effective communication skills Additional spoken languages would be advantageous All Training Provided Apply Today
