RM operates through three divisions: Assessment (digital assessment and marking solutions), Technology (managed services, hardware, and software for schools), and TTS (educational resources).

Responsibilities
* They will take responsibility for administration & data management of all newly onboarded and existing products to ensure all products have the correct documentation filed in the correct place
* Accurate transfer of product and compliance data into the core ERP system
* Work with TTS’ EU authorised representative to ensure they have the most up to date documentation
* Manage customer enquiries raised via the QA Query form
* The role will provide support for the QA team and wider business, helping with customer queries

Experience
You will have proven experience of:
* Administration and filing
* Data input
* Data analysis
* Use of Microsoft office applications like Outlook, Word and Excel
You will be:
* Self motivated

* Methodical with a passion for accuracy
* Happy to work alone and as part of a team
* A completer finisher
