OUR IDEAL
HERO WILL HAVE - Strong experience in a customer-facing food service
environmentPrevious experience in a supervisory or team leader
role is desirableConfident in handling tills, cashing up, and
overseeing daily front-of-house operationsAwareness of handling dietary needs and allergen
informationThe ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient
under pressure during busy periods
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - Deliver friendly and efficient service to all
customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphereTake orders accurately, manage till operations, and
handle payments confidentlyMonitor stock levels for front-of-house items (e.g.,
packaging, condiments, drinks) and assist with reorderingCash up tills at the end of shifts and ensure
accurate handling of daily takingsOrganise and support team members during service to
ensure smooth daily operationsTake ownership of the restaurant when the Manager is
offFollow hygiene and safety procedures, keeping service
areas clean and organised
