Maintenance Supervisor
£35,215 - £38,485 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide a friendly and efficient service throughout the day to meet CCG operational needs, under the direct supervision of Estates Managers and in collaboration with other Estates Team members. You will also liaise with the college H&S Team, to ensure compliance, and work closely with the two CCG Heads of Estates.
Our Maintenance Supervisor will provide a day-to-day response to maintenance needs, as well as general college security duties and fire warden duties when required. They will also lead on the integration of Quemis and the SFG tracking software, plus fixed wiring to improve overall efficiency.
The Maintenance Supervisor works a normal 8am-4pm day, but will also be required on occasion, to work other hours and weekends, commensurate with this grade.
Our Maintenance Supervisor will have relevant experience of working within a maintenance or a building services environment, and will also hold recognised technical qualifications, and they must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team and alone, using their own initiative.
This role will mainly involve working across the Chichester and Brinsbury sites, although you could be required to help and support on other CCG sites, on an occasional basis (as requested by the Head of Estates).
