Role Summary
We’re hiring an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing Customer Services team. You will provide essential support to Customer Services staff, executives, and clients while upholding our people‑first philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in‑depth client research and liaise with cross‑functional teams.
* Provide high‑quality service to clients through prompt communication.
* Support consultants with new clients to ensure all guides and needs are met.
* Produce detailed summaries and reports for client meetings.
* Grow the NFP portfolio using market intelligence and new opportunities.
