YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE
* Manage budgets, sales, and profitability for the Heathrow flagship branch.
* Lead and develop Customer Service Agents, Chauffeur Drivers, and Fleet Support staff through coaching and reviews.
* Recruit and onboard new team members.
* Oversee a high-value luxury fleet, including servicing, handovers, and compliance.
* Handle escalated client issues with discretion and professionalism.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* Luxury Service Mindset: You understand the needs of high-net-worth clients and deliver at a concierge level.
* Management Experience: 5+ years in rent-a-car.
* Team Development: Proven ability to mentor and upskill staff.
* Organisation: Strong multitasking and leadership skills.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-handling ability.
