Job Description:
As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Logistics Project Officer (Contracts and Logistics), you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence-related mission partners as a key team member of a complex program providing professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts related to Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas.
You will be part of a team supporting the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command for both US European Command and US Africa Command.
More About the Role:
Embedded at RAF Molesworth in the UK, travel within both theaters may be required to meet mission needs within USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or AOI, in CONUS and OCONUS locations. These positions depend on SOFA approval or work visa requirements. Candidates must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and deploy to austere or hostile zones as needed.
Other duties include:
1. Preparing and submitting weekly progress plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource needs.
2. Reviewing operations and proposing cost-saving measures.
3. Managing, tracking, and maintaining project vehicles.
4. Supporting TMISS contract management and providing reports to TPOCs.
5. Assisting in Intel Systems Property Management, ensuring compliance and accurate records.
6. Proposing and presenting cost savings measures.
Qualifications:
* Active TS/SCI Clearance
* At least 7 years of experience in government logistics and acquisition
* Experience with DoD material acquisition and property management systems
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
* Recent MILCON project experience
* Military background
* Training in government acquisition
* Experience with government property procurement and auditing

Salary Range: $82,100 - $172,400 USD
