Position: M&E Quantity Surveyor. Location: Cambridge or Norwich. Salary: From £35.000 up to £55.000 We're working on behalf of a design-led mechanical and electrical building services company with over 50 years of experience, headquartered in East Anglia with offices in Norwich and Cambridge. The company provides fully integrated services, from concept design and installation through to ongoing maintenance across a wide range of sectors, including education, commercial, residential, healthcare, defence, energy, and leisure. They are currently seeking a motivated and proactive M&E Quantity Surveyor (Junior to Intermediate level) to join their growing commercial team in either Cambridge or Norwich. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the financial and contractual aspects of M&E projects, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio.
