NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate around 1000 stores across ten markets. Our expansion now continues in Ireland, and we’re looking for a Store Manager to join our adventure in Ireland!
We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Whitewater Shopping Centre. The Job
As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in providing customers with a unique shopping experience, ensuring strong development and profitability in the store, and fostering engaged employees.

* Recruiting and building your team
* Focusing on customers – making sure everyone feels welcome and wants to return
* Coaching and motivating your employees in an open and positive environment
* Ensuring high store standards with a focus on sales and profitability
