Circet UK is currently recruiting for an experienced IT System Support Administrator to provide administrative support to the office and field staff, ensuring that municipal services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Please note that a driving license is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities as an AFS Administrator include:
1. Review electronic data and assess compliance with Circet UK standards.
2. Update electronic systems and maintain records.
3. Collaborate with team colleagues, share learnings, and promote high standards of work.
4. Perform other related administrative duties as required by the Project Co-Ordinator, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Experience and knowledge required:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
* Integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
* Good time management skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
