Aftersales Quality Control Manager
Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Weybridge, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Quality Control Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to advance their career within a prestigious automotive brand, supporting quality assurance, technical processes, and customer satisfaction across service, workshop, and warranty departments.
Key benefits for the successful Aftersales Quality Control Manager:
Competitive salary of approximately £46,000 per annum (comprising £36,000 basic salary plus £10,000 OTE)
Working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Saturday mornings on a rotational basis (once every 6 weeks)

Providing technical support and guidance to workshop technicians to ensure repair quality and efficiency
Managing repair progression and updating systems to optimise workflow
Conducting comprehensive quality control checks on completed repairs
Gathering and verifying warranty evidence to ensure compliance with warranty standards
Assisting with parts management to facilitate right-first-time repairs
Supervising workshop processes, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards
Handling customer pre-calls and technical discussions to enhance customer satisfaction
Managing Service Quality tasks, including job and warranty preparations
Supporting the team in developing and implementing process improvementsRequirements of the Aftersales Quality Control Manager:
Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or Warranty Manager is highly desirable
Strong technical knowledge of dealership systems, processes, and workshop operations
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage under pressure
Proven commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
Relevant experience in warranty management or quality control within the automotive sector
