The purpose of the Safeguarding Adults Hub is to protect and promote the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs who may be at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. The team works in collaboration with both internal and external agencies, such as our community teams, quality team, local providers, health services, the police, and voluntary and community organisations.
You will be integrated within the Hub to provide a range of administrative support, including responding to enquiries from both internal and external agencies and liaising with providers via telephone / email, planning and coordination of meetings and events, circulating agenda papers, minute taking and ensuring follow up actions are progressed. You will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.
The successful applicant will have excellent keyboard skills, proven minute taking skills and be able to prioritise their own workload, whilst working as part of a busy team. Excellent communication and customer care skills are also essential. We are working in a flexible way, which includes working from home and the office. Which will be dependent upon business need.
