Supply Teacher – Southampton, Hampshire Are you a confident, qualified teacher looking for flexible work in local schools? Starting ASAP, this exciting role offers a competitive daily rate of £120 to £150, depending on experience. Whether you're seeking day-to-day flexibility or longer-term placements, we can tailor your schedule around your availability – up to five days a week if needed. Temporary long-term placements are also available when covering teachers on long-term sick leave, operation cover, or general gaps in teaching staff. As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will be: Lead a classroom, delivering pre-set lessons and managing behaviour effectively Ensure students stay on task and complete the work left by the class teacher Uphold school policies and provide a calm, consistent learning environment Adapt quickly to different classrooms, year groups, and subjects as required Report student progress and concerns to the appropriate school staff Requirements for Supply Teacher: Must be a Fully Qualified Teacher with UK QTS Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher across the UK schools.
