Hill McGlynn are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing contractor based in Sevenoaks.
Projects
* Roofing works
* Commercial fit-outs
* Refurbishment projects
Key Responsibilities
* Managing project costs and budgets
* Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Subcontractor procurement and account management
* Cost reporting and forecasting
* Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial success
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
* Experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects
* Roofing project experience is highly desirable
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Full UK Driving Licence Preferred
