SALARY AND OTE
Basic salary from £28,000 depending on experience
Realistic uncapped OTE £35,000 plus depending on experience
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6:00pm
Every other Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm with a day off in lieu
OVERVIEW
An established, independent estate agency is launching a brand new office in the Lyde Green area and is looking for a driven Sales Valuer to help build market presence in a fast growing community. This is a great role for someone confident in winning instructions and generating new business, with the pace and ambition to thrive in a start up branch environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Carry out market appraisals and secure new instructions for sale
2. Generate new business and build strong relationships across the local community
3. Maintain high service standards and ensure internal processes are followed consistently
4. Drive performance and lead by example through professionalism and energy
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1. Proven experience in residential sales with a track record against targets
2. Confident, polished communication skills on the phone and face to face
3. Tenacity, resilience, and strong problem solving ability
4. Leadership qualities and the ability to influence and motivate others
5. Excellent presentation and attention to detail
6. Good IT skills and numeracy
7. Full UK driving licence and your own car
8. Ideally living within around 30 minutes of the Lyde Green area
PACKAGE
1. Commission structure includes a mix of individual and pooled team performance, plus financial services referrals
2. Mileage paid at 45p per mile
3. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
4. Ongoing training, coaching, and development
